Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Nuviloop, an AI-assisted sales automation service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Nuviloop provides tools for lead management, conversation summaries, AI-assisted replies, follow-up scheduling, automations, analytics, and supported third-party integrations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security, the lawfulness of data you upload, and obtaining all required permissions to contact leads. You may not use Nuviloop for spam, fraud, unlawful surveillance, harmful content, or infringement of another person’s rights.

3. Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge.

4. Third-party services

Features may depend on services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Paddle. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops. Material subscription changes will be communicated where required.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nuviloop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made solely from AI-generated output. Total liability is limited to fees paid during the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security threats, or unpaid charges.
